In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description.
In the case where a refund is requested you will be offered the option to exchange or for us to issue a store credit.
Items purchased on SALE or discounted are unfortunately not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
As all of our items are handmade to order, Little Miss H Baby Boutique does not accept exchanges and cannot refund for change of mind.

Little Miss H Baby Boutique has the right to refuse any refund application if the item is deemed General Wear and Tear (stained, ripped, stretched, makeup marks etc) altered or purposely destroyed.
As each garment is created by hand there may be slight variations in the fabric as well as the placement of the florals. This is considered to be intentional and not a fault.
